Errata
This page will contain information concerning errors and corrections found in the latest edition of the British Pharmacopoeia.
The BP Secretariat endeavour to incorporate editorial and other minor corrections notified to them in time for the next edition of the BP. Significant changes to monograph content, such as technical changes to test methods, are made through monograph revision.
Where it becomes apparent that such an error or correction means that the test cannot be performed to demonstrate compliance with the monograph, the BP will publish a "Letter of Intent" detailing the changes to be made to the monograph with the next edition of the BP.
